Here's a few tips on the Kar2ouche desktop shortcuts:

• When you install Kar2ouche Composer and Kar2ouche Content Titles as local installations, the desktop shortcuts are created automatically during install.  When you open each desktop shortcut, Kar2ouche will open and launch the Activity screen for the module.
  
  For example, the Kar2ouche Macbeth desktop shortcut shown here...
  
  
  
  
  
  ...will open Kar2ouche and launch the Macbeth module, displaying the Macbeth Activity screen shown below:
  
   
  
  
  
  
  
  If you looked at the Target file path for the desktop shortcut you will notice the module path is Macbeth, as shown here:
  
  
  
  
  
  
  
• The tabs in the bottom right-hand corner of the Kar2ouche application are used to navigate to the different storyboard functions.  The red Utilities tab is used to switch to other Content Modules installed and other functions such as Load, Save and Open, as shown here:
  
  
  
  
  
  
  
• If you have several Kar2ouche Content Titles then you may wish to keep just one shortcut for Kar2ouche Composer and delete the other shortcuts to keep the desktop tidy.  Users can access the other Content Titles using the red Utilities tab in the Kar2ouche application as shown above.
  
  
• To ensure all users have access to the Kar2ouche application make sure the desktop shortcuts are available - you may have to copy them into a shared profile or folder.
  
  
• If you have performed a Server Only installation then your desktop shortcut will directly point to the kar2ouche.exe file.  When the user opens Kar2ouche from this shortcut, Kar2ouche automatically launches the Utilties screen (as shown above).  From here the user can select from the Content Title Library on the right-hand side.  If you prefer to have desktop shortcuts for each Kar2ouche Content Title then you need to add the module name in the desktop shortcut Target path, as demonstrated in the Macbeth example above.
