Before considering to upgrade Kar2ouche please determine the version and build number of Kar2ouche in your working environment.  To do this, open the Kar2ouche application and select the red Utilities tab.  Click the embossed 'Kar2ouche' button at the bottom of the screen and the information window will pop up.  You will find the build number and version in here.

For those customers using Kar2ouche Composer version 2.1 please contact us to provide you with a new upgrade CD version 3.0 free of charge*.

We recommend that you uninstall all your Kar2ouche version 2.1 software first and perform a fresh install of Kar2ouche Composer using the new Composer serial number and Composer version 3.0 CD pack.  For installation information please visit http://support.immersiveeducation.eu/index.php?ToDo=browse&catId=13
